Happy October everyone!
Time is really flying and I am literally booked to capacity. I have been crazy busy with school, extracurricular activities, more grad school apps (my bf grad school and I just refuse to break up) and of course keeping up on my fitness goals! I’ve actually been losing weight and seeing changes in my body which I am super excited about. As this new month rolls in, it’s time for a new challenge!
This month I want to focus on abs. I generally spend a good 15-20 minutes on ab work during every workout but I really want to do some belly-fat-burning, ab-toning workouts that really target a flatter belly. This month our fitness challenge comes from Livestrong.com. I chose this particular challenge because while it does concentrate a lot on basic ab workouts, it also gives you free videos that build on the basics and are integrated into the daily routine.
You can print out a version of the calendar for yourself right from the website but I also included one here for quick reference.
I am already imagining how much more amazing I am going to look in whatever Halloween costume I choose. Maybe I’ll be a belly dancer this year! We’ll just have to see!
